Air quality monitoring in Kyiv is by stationary meteorological stations. Measurement results is an interactive map in real time [1]. Dust concentration of PM2,5 and PM10 is the main parameter for air quality. 

Air quality monitor DM72T provides measurement of particular matter (PM) in the range 0-999 mg/m3. The resolution of the device is 0,001 mg/m3. Measuring principle is the Laser Scattering (LS). 

PM2,5 air quality rating range:

- Excellent: 0-35 mg/m3;

- Good: 36-75 mg/m3;

- Light pollution: 76-115 mg/m3;

- Moderate pollution: 116-150 mg/m3;

- Heavy pollution: 151-250 mg/m3;

- Serious pollution: more than 250 mg/m3.

There are also similar ratings for PM10. 

Results of measuring for PM2,5 in Kyiv (October 12, 2021):

- Pechersk-1: 39,2 mg/m3;

- Pechersk-2: 12,8 mg/m3;

- Shulyavka-1: 21,2 mg/m3;

- Shulyavka-2: 45,7 mg/m3;

- Vynogradar: 18,8 mg/m3;

- Rusanovsky Sady: 35,4 mg/m3. 

Results of measuring for PM10:

- Pechersk-1: 48,9 mg/m3;

- Pechersk-2: 25,3 mg/m3;

- Shulyavka-1: 55,2 mg/m3;

- Shulyavka-2: 30,7 mg/m3;

- Vynogradar: 33,9 mg/m3;

- Rusanovsky Sady: 58,5 mg/m3. 

Device DM72T (Fig.1) is a multifunctional air quality monitor that detects Particular Matter (PM2,5/1.0/10).
