In a constantly dynamic business environment, many projects are characterized by high flexibility and the need to attract a significant amount of resources. Effective project organization provided the optimal distribution of labor and material resources, which is a prerequisite for project managers when forming a project plan. The problem is especially acute in the field of information technology, where projects may have special methods and require special approaches to planning and management.
In information technology (IT), effective management and planning of IT projects is a key factor for success. A successful IT project begins with regular planning, including detailed analysis and a strategic approach to defining the overall work, resources, time cycles and the ability to achieve results.
When planning IT projects, it is necessary to have a clear understanding of the goals, overall work and key events at the initial stage. Accelerated IT project management also allows for the integration of risk planning at an early stage.
Effective risk management allows you to minimize possible negative consequences for the IT project and its life. Regular review of the progress of the IT project and its clarification in the established order help to constantly manifest and correct the solution, eliminating adaptability and the need for IT project management. In real IT projects, the use of artificial intelligence, such as self-organizing maps and genetic algorithms, can significantly speed up the planning and management process Fig.1.

These tools help manage issues and tasks. Help quickly achieve local optima and increase the efficiency of IT projects. In general, comprehensive planning, which includes managing issues, risks and implementing modern technologies, creates the basis for the successful implementation of IT projects.
Two basic standards accelerate the transition to IT project management. Increase the importance of significant processes, roles and sustainability of the extended life cycle of an IT project. These standards are united by a common goal, to ensure the cost, reliability and efficiency of implementing IT projects.
